Stay Updated from Cart to Door

Once you’ve placed an order, you can track its progress:

• Access your ZenShop account online or through the app.
• Go to 'My Orders' to view your order history and track active orders.
• Click on the relevant order to see real-time updates.

You'll also receive notifications via email or SMS (if you opt-in) at key stages – when your order is being prepared and once it's out for delivery.
