Flexible Cancellation When Plans Change

You can cancel your online order:

• Up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup slot.
• Go to 'My Orders', find the order, and choose 'Cancel'.
• If you're within 2 hours of the slot, please contact our customer support.
• If orders have been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Cancellations are usually reflected immediately, and refunds are processed within 3-5 working days.
